Credit record. The customer authorizes Videotron to check his or her credit record and enter the credit information obtained in his or her customer file.

Credit record. The customer authorizes Videotron to check its credit record with the relevant institutions, in accordance with the provisions of subsection 12.2 of this agreement. If, in Videotron’s opinion, the customer represents a financial risk, Videotron may demand advance payment for certain Services or any other guarantee it considers reasonable. The customer has disclosed any material fact or information regarding his or her financial situation which might alter his or her ability to fulfill the commitments contracted under this agreement.
Credit record. The customer authorizes Videotron to enter the credit information obtained according to paragraph 3.8, in his or her customer file.
Credit record. The Customer authorizes VIDEOTRON to verify his credit record with the relevant institutions and to enter the credit information obtained in his customer file. In the event that, in VIDEOTRON’s opinion, the Customer represents a financial risk, it may require a prepayment for certain Services or any other security that VIDEOTRON will consider reasonable. The Customer has disclosed any material fact or information concerning his financial position that could have the effect of altering his capacity to honour the commitments he has contracted under this Agreement.
Credit record. The Customer authorizes Videotron to check, before and while providing the Services, Customer’s credit record with the relevant institutions and authorizes, at all time, financial institutions and credit agency to disclose to Videotron Customer’s credit record. Customer also authorizes Videotron to include in its file Customer’s credit record.
Credit record. 8.1 We may make enquiries about your credit record with any credit reference agency or any other party, where available.

  • Texas Prompt Payment Act Compliance Payment for goods and services shall be governed by Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code. An invoice shall be deemed overdue the 31st day after the later of (1) the date licensee receives the goods under the contract; (2) the date the performance of the service under the contract is completed; or (3) the date the Xxxxxxxxxx County Auditor receives an invoice for the goods or services. Interest charges for any overdue payments shall be paid by licensee in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2251.025. More specifically, the rate of interest that shall accrue on a late payment is the rate in effect on September 1 of licensee’s fiscal year in which the payment becomes due. The said rate in effect on September 1 shall be equal to the sum of one percent (1%); and (2) the prime rate published in the Wall Street Journal on the first day of July of the preceding fiscal year that does not fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • Right to Audit Records Citizens shall have reasonable access to Vendor’s facilities and the right to review and audit any of Vendor’s records relating solely to this Agreement, upon written notice to Vendor of at least three (3) business days. Vendor shall not unreasonably delay or inhibit Citizens’ right to audit as set forth in this Section. Vendor shall cooperate with auditor(s) and, provide requested documentation in a timely manner (preferably within five (5) business days). Vendor must resolve any deficiencies discovered during the audit within ninety (90) calendar days from being reported. Citizens may extend the response time period in its sole discretion. Citizens has the right to conduct follow-up audit procedures to assess Vendor’s corrective action(s). Any entity performing auditing services pursuant to this Section shall execute a non-disclosure agreement with regard to Vendor’s proprietary information, unless precluded from doing so by law. Vendor agrees to reimburse Citizens for the reasonable costs of investigation incurred by Citizens for investigations of Vendor’s compliance with this Agreement which result in termination for cause or in regulatory or criminal penalties in connection with performance of this Agreement. Such costs shall include, but shall not be limited to: salaries of investigators, including overtime; travel and lodging expenses; expert witness fees and, documentary fees.

  • Notice of Privacy Practices Business Associate shall abide by the limitations of Covered Entity’s Notice of which it has knowledge. Any use or disclosure permitted by this Agreement may be amended by changes to Covered Entity’s Notice; provided, however, that the amended Notice shall not affect permitted uses and disclosures on which Business Associate relied prior to receiving notice of such amended Notice.
