Credit Policies. Manager shall establish and implement policies and procedures for verifying, accepting, limiting, and rejecting the credit of guests and patrons of the Hotels. In connection with the foregoing, Manager shall make appropriate arrangements to honor American Express, Visa, MasterCard, such credit cards as may be required or provided by Licensor, and such other credit cards as Manager or Lessee may deem desirable. Manager shall utilize its best efforts to make such arrangements on the most favorable terms available.

Credit Policies. (a) SCUSA shall provide the Financing Services pursuant to the Credit Policies. The Credit Policies shall be at the sole responsibility and shall be under the control of SCUSA.
Credit Policies. The Borrower will, and will cause ACFC to furnish to the Agent a copy of the most recent Credit Policy of the Borrower and of ACFC and to promptly furnish to the Agent any amendments to such Credit Policies. The Borrower and ACFC shall comply in all material respects with the Credit Policy and the ACFC Credit Policy, as applicable, in regard to each Account Receivable and any related Contracts.
Credit Policies. The Seller and the Servicer shall timely and fully (i) perform and comply with all provisions and covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under terms of such Receivable and (ii) comply in all material respects with the credit and collection policies and procedures in effect on the date hereof (the "Credit Policies") with respect to the Receivables, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F. Neither the Seller nor the Servicer shall amend, modify or supplement the Credit Policies in any material adverse respect without the prior written consent of the Program Agent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Upon any amendment, modification or supplement to the Credit Policies consented to by the Program Agent, the Seller shall deliver to the parties hereto and the Class A Certificateholders such amendment, modification or supplement and Exhibit F shall be deemed to be amended by such amendment, modification or supplement.

Credit Policies. All Merchants with whom Seller has entered into a Merchant Agreement or otherwise began providing merchant acquiring services after December 31, 1997 were enrolled substantially in compliance with Seller's then existing credit and underwriting policies for new Merchants.
Credit Policies. Franchisee shall adhere to all credit policies and practices that may be recommended by Franchisor from time to time. Franchisor reserves the right to review the creditworthiness of any new client and to set credit limitations for clients. Franchisee shall not provide services to clients deemed uncreditworthy or clients whose accounts Franchisor has deemed delinquent and shall not extend credit to any client in any amount exceeding the credit limits set by Franchisor for such client. In the event that Franchisor incurs collection expenses or any other losses or deems any receivables uncollectible in connection with any client or account for which Franchisee has failed to adhere to Franchisor's credit policies and practices, Franchisor shall be entitled to deduct all such expenses, losses or uncollectibles in calculating Franchisee's Share pursuant to Section 5.2.1.
