Credit Memos. From and after the Initial Advance Date until the initial Revolving Period Termination Date (without regard to any extension), the initial Servicer shall cause the Originator to furnish to the Deal Agent all internal underwriting memo used to approve Contracts (A) with a Discounted Contract Balance of $1,000,000 or more or (B) with a Lessee with an aggregate exposure (calculated by reference to Discounted Contract Balance) of $1,000,000 or more;

Credit Memos. Supplier will submit detailed credit memos, which identify the Managed Service(s) affected. Credit memo(s) will contain the following information:
Credit Memos. In order to ensure proper application, Vendor will make reference to West Marine Purchase Order number, Invoice # or other such document number pertinent to the credit memo. Specific unit information should be supplied on each credit memo.

If you terminate this Agreement or if we terminate or suspend your credit privileges, the provisions of this Agreement and your liability hereunder shall otherwise remain in full force and effect until you have paid us all sums due under this Agreement and returned all Cards.

  • Change in Credit and Collection Policy At least thirty (30) days prior to the effectiveness of any material change in or material amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect and a notice (A) indicating such change or amendment, and (B) if such proposed change or amendment would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectibility of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables, requesting the Agent's consent thereto.

  • CREDIT LIMIT 1. The Allocation Platform shall calculate and continuously update the Credit Limit of each Registered Participant in respect of each subsequent Auction. The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations. In case of a Bank Guarantee such Bank Guarantee shall be only considered if the requirements in Article 20 related to its validity for the respective Auction are fulfilled. The Allocation Platform shall make this information available to each Registered Participant individually through the Auction Tool.

  • Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements Each Issuing Lender shall, on the first Business Day of each month, provide to Administrative Agent and Borrower a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each Letter of Credit, the account party, the original face amount (if any), and the expiration date of any Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during the preceding month, and any other information relating to such Letter of Credit that the Administrative Agent may request.
