Credit for Training and Experience. (a) All teachers shall receive full credit for each year of full-time comparable teaching experience. For the purposes of the Article, full-time teaching experience shall be defined as follows:

Education, Training and Experience Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
