Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of Prepayment of the principal components of the Lease Payments and Additional Rent in full pursuant to this Article X, such that the Trust Agreement shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such Prepayment, all amounts then on deposit in the Lease Payment Fund or the Insurance and Condemnation Fund shall be credited towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. If the City prepays the Installment Payments in full under this Article VII, such that the Indenture is discharged by its terms as a result of the prepayment, and upon payment in full of all Additional Payments and other amounts then due and payable hereunder, all available amounts then on deposit in the funds and accounts established under the Indenture shall be credited towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of prepayment of the principal components of the Installment Payments in full under this Article IX, such that the Indenture with respect to the Bonds shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, and upon payment in full of all Additional Payments and other amounts then due and payable hereunder, all available amounts then on deposit in the funds and accounts established under the Indenture shall be credited towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. If the principal components of the Lease Payments are prepaid in full under this Article IX, such that the Indenture is discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, at the written election of the City filed with the Trustee any or all amounts then on deposit in the Bond Fund (and the accounts therein) will be credited towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event the District elects or is required to prepay the Installment Payments in full under this Article IV, such that the Trust Agreement shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, all amounts then on deposit in the Installment Payment Fund, the Construction Fund or the Reserve Fund shall be credited towards the amounts required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of prepayment of the principal components of the Installment Payments in full under this Article IX, such that the Indenture shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, all amounts then on deposit in the Installment Payment Fund or the Acquisition Fund not needed for the acquisition of the Improvements shall be credited towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of prepayment of the prin- cipal components of the Lease Payments in full under this Article X, such that the Indenture shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, remaining amounts on de- posit in the Revenue Fund shall be credited towards the amounts then required to be so pre- paid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of prepayment of the Principal Components of the Lease Payments in full under Section 10.1, all amounts then on deposit in the Lease Payment Fund shall be credited toward the amounts then required to be so prepaid.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event of prepayment or defeasance pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 14.02 of the Trust Indenture, in full of the principal components of Rent Payments and all additional rent then due pursuant to Section 4.7 under this Article IX, then the lien of the Trust Indenture shall be discharged. As a result of such prepayment, the Lessor shall instruct the Trustee in writing to credit all amounts then on deposit in a Rent Payment Fund or an Acquisition Fund towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid and if any amounts remain on deposit in such funds after prepayment or defeasance of all Rent Payments and other amounts required to be paid by the Lessee hereunder, the Lessor shall direct the Trustee in writing to pay over such residuals to the Lessee.
Credit for Amounts on Deposit. As a result of prepayment of Rent Payments in whole, Lessee utilize all amounts then on deposit in a Rent Payment Fund or the Acquisition Fund towards the amounts then required to be so prepaid and if any amounts remain on deposit in such funds after prepayment of all Rent Payments and other amounts required to be paid by Lessee hereunder, Lessee may use such residuals for any lawful purpose.
