Credit Document. This Amendment is a Credit Document and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement. On and after the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in each Credit Document to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended or otherwise modified by this Amendment.
