Credit Document. This Amendment shall constitute a Credit Document under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
Credit Document. This agreement shall be deemed to be a Credit Document.
Credit Document. This Agreement is a “Credit Document” executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.

Credit Document. As used in the Credit Agreement, “hereinafter,” “hereto,” “hereof,” and words of similar import shall, unless the context otherwise requires, mean the Credit Agreement after amendment by this Amendment. Any reference to the Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents herein or in any such documents shall refer to the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents as amended hereby. This Amendment is limited to the matters expressly set forth herein, and shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute an amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement except as expressly set forth herein. This Amendment shall constitute a Credit Document under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
Credit Document. This Amendment is a Credit Document and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement. On and after the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in each Credit Document to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended or otherwise modified by this Amendment.
Credit Document. On and after the Funding Date, this Agreement shall constitute a “Credit Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents (it being understood that for the avoidance of doubt this Agreement may be amended or waived solely by the parties hereto as set forth herein).
Credit Document. On and after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, this Amendment shall constitute a “Credit Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
