Credit Courses. Employees who have a regular appointment may register in University-College courses, at no cost, provided that no fee-paying student is displaced. Such registration will be subject to admission requirements and enrolment procedures which will be set from time to time by the Registrar.
Credit Courses. 6.3.1 Only certified (brevet) teachers are eligible for funding. *E1 teachers in the vocational sector are permitted to apply to credit courses for their brevet.
Credit Courses a. A teacher completing a University credit course shall be paid a bonus at a rate of $63.00 per equivalent U.B.C. credit to a maximum of twelve (12) units of credit in any one school year upon the prior approval of the Superintendent.
Credit Courses. 23.01 A Per Course Instructor may register for or audit one (1) credit course at the University during each semester that she or he is employed as a Per Course Instructor. Financial assistance is limited to the cost of tuition fees for one (1) three-credit hour University course as set by the Office of the Registrar, St. John’s Campus. This provision shall not be used to reduce program fees for graduate students registered at the University. This provision shall not apply to Per Course Instructors hired in accordance with clause 13.08(c).
Credit Courses. Regular part-time unit members shall be allowed to enroll in credit courses without charge to a maximum of four (4) credit hours per academic year on a seat available basis. Seat availability shall be determined after the conclusion of registration (including late registration) and prior to the commencement of classes. Regular part-time unit members are not eligible for leave time as specified in Articles 8.7(a) and 8.7(b). Effective with the Spring 2011 semester, the college will provide free tuition for 4 credits a year for children of part-time ESPA members in lieu of the ESPA member not using their 4 credit entitlement. For purposes of the meaning of children under this provision, the term children means dependent children as defined by the Department of Education Title IV Financial Aid regulations.
Credit Courses. 41.04 (a) Tuition fees may be waived at the sole discretion of the Employer, for Employees taking job-related non-credit courses at Dalhousie University. Employees who fail or do not complete a course, forfeit entitlement to this waiver and must successfully complete a subsequent job-related non-credit course in order to qualify for reimbursement in that instance and in order to regain entitlement.
Credit Courses a. Excluding temporary employees appointed for fixed terms of less than six (6) months, the employer agrees to waive tuition for up to nine (9) credit hours per semester for courses taken at Xxxxxx Valley Community College by eligible full-time bargaining unit employees provided the courses have a direct relationship to the employee’s current job or may lead to promotion within the employee’s classified promotional ladder, or are required or are elective courses needed to complete degree requirements for employees who have matriculated or are working toward matriculation in a specific degree program. Part-time bargaining unit employees shall be eligible in direct proportion to hours worked, e.g. eighteen and one-half (18 ½) hours per week yields eligibility for up to four (4) credit hours. Admission to courses under the tuition waiver program will be on a space available basis.

Credit Courses. (b) In the case of a Part-time Regular (OP or FT), Sessional, or Limited Term Employee, the entitlement under Clause 47.01, Sub-Clause (a) shall be prorated on the same basis as benefits and premium contributions under Letter of Understanding #7.
Credit Courses. Upon successful completion (grade of C- or higher) of preapproved credit courses taken at other accredited institutions of higher education, the Faculty Member will be reimbursed 80% of the tuition paid or 80% of the UMKC rate, whichever is less.
