Credit Card Processing. If requested by Client, Company will accept and process credit card payments for sales of food, beverage, goods, merchandise and services in the Food Service operation. If Company processes credit card transactions using equipment solely provided by Company, then Company will be responsible for compliance of its equipment in accordance with PCI Standards. If Company uses computers, software, network equipment (“Systems”) or other property of Client to process credit card transactions, then Client will be required to provide Systems that fully support PCI standards and requirements or reimburse the Company for the acquisition of Systems that sufficiently meet the requirements of current PCI Data Security Standards. In that case, if Company is considered the "merchant of record", Client will provide Company with a certificate of compliance if requested by Company.
Credit Card Processing. HAS plans to hold agreements with credit card processing services for the handling of credit card payments by parking customers and will be responsible for credit card processing fees. If so directed by the Director in writing, Parking Operator shall maintain service agreements with credit card processors. Credit card receipts are deposited daily by the credit card processors directly to a HAS account designated for this purpose.
Credit Card Processing. Angel Audio shall also provide electronic commerce credit card processing services relating to sales of Customer's encoded music.
Credit Card Processing. Distributor will ensure that all credit and debit transactions from every station covered by this Agreement will be processed through VMSC’s Credit Card Center. Stations not branded Valero or Shamrock may not accept any of the VMSC proprietary cards, but will process transactions through VMSC’s Credit Card Center and fees and discounts associated with processing transactions at these stations will be based on the current fees and discounts for “Dial Up Pricing” listed in the VMSC Credit Card Sales Guide at the time of processing regardless of method of transmission, except that company-operated unbranded sites that install VSAT/Broadband will pay the VSAT/Broadband rate.
Credit Card Processing. Distributor shall submit and process all credit card transactions as quickly as is reasonably practical for Distributor's electronic commerce system in light of Customer instructions and required third-party connections, from the time of receipt by Distributor, which in most circumstances shall not exceed [ * ] in addition to any Internet or third-party processor associated delays.

Altumint will provide individuals receiving citations access to its website via the internet to view and pay citations online. Altumint is solely responsible for the functionality, security and maintenance of the payment system and will ensure that it conforms to all federal, local, and state laws, rules and regulations, as well as any and all banking rules and regulations that pertain to all forms of credit card payment. Credit card processing costs will be paid by Altumint; Altumint is authorized to charge a reasonable credit card convenience fee to individuals who pay by credit card and such credit card convenience fees are not considered revenue under this Agreement and will be retained in full by Altumint. If Altumint charges a credit card convenience fee, Altumint shall disclose said fee on the payment portal of its website.
Credit Card Processing. The processing of the payment for tickets to Exhibitor’s Theatres sold through the XxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx Service will be performed, at Exhibitor’s option, (a) by Exhibitor through (i) Exhibitor’s point of sale system or (ii) processing accounts and bank accounts designated by Exhibitor, or (b) by the Company. The parties agree that until Exhibitor elects otherwise in writing, all such processing shall be performed by Company. In either case, Exhibitor will be solely responsible and will pay all credit card fees incurred in connection with the sale of tickets via the XxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx Service.
