Credit Card Imprint. CCI is a functionality that serves to protect the Restaurateurs from all the consequences of no-shows and reservation cancellations, or amendments of the reservations after the permitted cancellation window. It permits the Restaurateur to enable the diners’ card details to be saved without an initial payment at the time of the reservation. However, in case a diner makes a reservation, and either (i) does not show at the restaurant at all (“No-show”), or (ii) cancels or amends the reservation after the permitted cancellation window, CCI also allows the Restaurateur to instruct the PSP (through TheFork system) to charge a specific amount on diners’ card; in the described cases, the Restaurateur has also the right not to charge the diner, according to its own discretion. Unless otherwise agreed between TheFork and the Restaurateur, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn when using CCI is limited to eight hundred (800) euros per cover. In case of diners’ behavior described in the paragraph above, the Restaurateur has seven (7) days from the date of the meal (the day of the meal included in these seven days) to request via the Application that the pre-authorised amount should be debited. Any debit request made by the Restaurateur after this deadline could be rejected. TheFork cannot be held liable if the Restaurateur is late in submitting a debit request. In the Standard CCI option, the parties agree that the diner may cancel its reservation without cost up to twenty four (24) hours before the date of the meal in the (local time of the city where the restaurant is located (the “Cancellation Window”). It may become necessary to change this 24-hour deadline in the future, but this will be discussed between TheFork and the Restaurateur. In the Custom CCI option, the Restaurateur has the right to set the Cancellation Window for a period longer than twenty four (24) hours. CCI verifies that the diner’s card details are valid at the time such details are provided as part of the diners’ reservation flow. Credit limits or account balances are not checked and therefore TheFork does not guarantee that the diner's card will have sufficient funds when the Restaurateur decides to charge it.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Special Rule for Credit Card Purchases If you have a problem with the quality of property or services that you purchased with a credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the property or services. There are two limitations on this right:

  • Cardholder Any person authorized to use a Card by the Card Issuer.

  • Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update. Further, if your recurring payment instruction is with a Specified Organisation named in xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/recurringmerchants, you agree that we may, but are not obliged to, automatically charge your bills to such replacement card.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Visa Debit Card You may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your Account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Plus, VISA, CO-OP, and ACCEL networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in any one (1) day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. • If you incur a charge in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. Please see the Foreign Transactions section below. Also, transactions in certain countries may be blocked and will require a manual or verbal authorization for approval. Please check with us prior to departure to determine if your destination country is atfected. However, the right to deny such transactions is within our sole discretion and atfected countries may change at any time.
