Common use of Credit Balance Clause in Contracts

Credit Balance. You may not maintain a credit balance in excess of your credit limit. We will return to you any credit amount over $1.00 if the amount has been on your account longer than six months. You may request a refund of a credit balance at any time. We may reduce the amount of any credit balance by the amount of new charges billed to your account. Transaction Fee for Purchases Made in Foreign Currencies For each purchase made in a foreign currency, we add to your account an additional fee of 3.0 of the amount of the purchase after its conversion into U.S. dollars.
