Credit Assessments. (1) The Vendor will perform its Services as specified in the CTSA. This expectation is reasonable, within normally acceptable business practices, and in the best interests of the State and the Customers.
Credit Assessments. (a) We may determine your creditworthiness by doing a credit assessment of you and using any information we are permitted by law to use to do so.
