Credit and Debit Cards. Concessionaire agrees to carry all major credit cards for services or merchandise at the Premises including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, Diner’s Club, JCB and any other credit cards needed to meet the needs of DFW Airport passengers. Concessionaire shall comply and remain current with all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.

Except to the extent used under Section 13.5.B(ii)(a), Licensee and its Affiliates shall not use any of the Licensor Intellectual Property, including the Licensed Marks or the MVW Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Business Customer Information, to brand, co-brand, sponsor, market, or promote or otherwise affiliate with a credit, charge or debit card other than through an arrangement with Licensor in connection with a Xxxx-Xxxxxxx branded, co-branded, sponsored, marketed, or promoted credit, charge or debit card.
Credit and Debit Cards. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted at the office with a 4% additional fee when the card is swiped. When the card is phoned in or cannot be swiped there is a 6% fee. Minimum fee is $3.00.

Operator shall perform the functions and responsibilities as the Merchant of Record for the processing of all debit and credit card transactions for patrons of the Parking Facilities. Unless otherwise directed by City, Operator shall provide and maintain the credit and debit card processing system equipment and contract with the City’s selected credit and debit card processor for the provision of credit and debit card
Credit and Debit Cards. SPOT requires that You switch to the use of credit card terminals implementing point to point encryption, EMV and tokenization. To facilitate this change, SPOT has selected and requires the use of Clearent, LLC, as our certified payment platform. This conversion away from legacy credit card readers and magnetic swipe readers provides You and Your customers cost savings and greater fraud protection. THIRD PARTY SERVICES. From time to time you may elect to subscribe or purchase an add- on service offered by Spot, including, but not limited to Zubie, Route 4 Me, and inZata, or other add-on services, You acknowledge that in order to provide you with the add-on service, Spot may share your data with such third party, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. DATA. SPOT reserves the right to take, retain and use for training or quality control purposes all delivery of and responses to SPOT training or technical support sessions whether provided onsite or remotely. SPOT also reserves the right to use data collected by Your use of the Software for purposes of software analytics/trending/general data mining for SPOT’s own purposes and/or for sale to third parties; provided, however, in no case will Your data be sold or shared with an outside party such that a unique customer, store, operator or collection of operators could be identified. SPOT also reserves the right to withhold Your access to such data until all outstanding amounts owed to SPOT are paid in full. In the event of a transfer or alleged transfer of the ownership of a business that generates such data, SPOT has the right to require such written consents as it deems necessary before permitting access to such data. All collected and stored data may be archived, removed or destroyed by SPOT any time after the time period indicated on the following table. You will pay a monthly storage fee for any such storage beyond such dates. Contact SPOT’s sales office at 000-000-0000 in advance to arrange for continued storage. In the event that YOU pay for any Services using a credit card or debit card, YOU authorize Cruitbay to charge YOUR credit or debit card (or other acceptable payment method that YOU have chosen from those offered) ("Payment Method"), for the applicable fees for the duration of the applicable term of YOUR selected subscription plan or other paid service or product, together with any applicable sales, use, excise, goods and services tax (GST), consumption or other similar tax applicable to the Services. YOU represent that YOU are authorized to use the Payment Method on YOU or YOUR company’s behalf, and YOU agree to accept an electronic record of a receipt. If at any time YOUR Payment Method will not accept the charge for fees due, YOU agree that Xxxxxxxx may suspend or terminate YOUR access to the applicable Services and that YOU will continue to remain liable for the full payment for such Services even after YOUR access to the Services has been terminated or suspended. By providing any Payment Method, YOU agree that applicable credit card, debit card and billing information may be shared with third parties such as payment processors and credit agencies, and/or collection agencies for the purposes of checking YOUR credit, effecting payment, collecting payments and late fees if applicable, and for providing the applicable Services to YOU or in order to enforce our agreement with YOU. We may also share this information with law enforcement authorities and in response to subpoenas, court orders, search warrants and as otherwise required by law
Credit and Debit Cards. All Taxicab Operators and drivers shall accept credit cards and debit cards as payment for their services. The types of credit cards accepted shall be clearly posted, in a permanent manner, and readable on the outside and on the inside of all Taxicabs.
