Common use of Credit Agreement; Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement; Loan Documents. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents or counterparts hereof and thereof shall have been duly executed by, and delivered to, Borrower, each other Loan Party, and Lender; and Lender shall have received such documents, instruments, agreements and legal opinions as Lender shall reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

Credit Agreement; Loan Documents. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents or counterparts hereof and thereof shall have been duly executed by, and delivered to, BorrowerBorrowers, each other Loan Party, and Lender; and Lender shall have received such documents, instruments, agreements and legal opinions as Lender shall reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
