Credit Agreement Amendment. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Credit Agreement Amendment. Provider will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend or otherwise modify the Xxxx Credit Agreement (as in effect from time to time notwithstanding any language to the contrary contained in the definition of “Xxxx Credit Agreement” set forth in the Purchase Agreement) or any document executed in connection therewith in any way that would be materially adverse to the Recipients.
Credit Agreement Amendment. The parties agree that, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below, the Credit Agreement is amended as follows:
Credit Agreement Amendment. The holders of Notes shall have received a copy of the Credit Agreement Amendment executed and delivered by the Companies and the Lender Parties, which Credit Agreement Amendment shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Required Holders.
Credit Agreement Amendment. Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment duly executed and delivered (which may be by email, facsimile or other electronic transmission (e.g., “.pdf”)) by Companies, Holdings and each Lender.
Credit Agreement Amendment. Each holder of a Note shall have received copies of an executed amendment to or restatement of the Credit Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to each holder of a Note and such amendment or restatement shall be in full force and effect.
Credit Agreement Amendment. The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended on and from the Amendment Effective Date by amending the definition of "Scheduled Commitment Termination Date" in Schedule I to the Credit Agreement to read in its entirety as follows:
Credit Agreement Amendment. The Credit Agreement Amendment shall have been entered into on terms satisfactory to each of the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably.
