Creation of Subcommittees. 1.39 The Operating Committee may create subcommittees in charge of supporting the decisions to be taken. The subcommittees shall have a consulting role, in the scope of the duties assigned to them, and shall provide information to support the resolutions of the Operating Committee The Operating Committee may call experts to act as advisors. Internal Regulations of the Operating Committee The Consortium Members shall agree upon the Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee with provisions additional to those in this annex. The Internal Regulations of the Operating Committee may amend the provisions included in paragraphs 1.8 to 1.15, 1.39, and 1.40, and their corresponding subparagraphs Operating expenses of the Operating Committee Expenses regarding the operation of the Operating Committee shall be borne by the Contracted Parties proportionally to their Share. The Manager shall bear with the travel and accommodation expenses of its representatives in the Operating Committee.
Creation of Subcommittees. The Operating Committee may create subcommittees with the function of subsidizing the decisions to be taken. The subcommittees shall have an advisory function, within the scope of the attributions conferred upon them, and shall offer subsidies to the deliberations of the Operating Committee. The Operating Committee may call experts to speak in an advisory capacity.

  • Subcommittees Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Incorporation, these bylaws or the resolutions of the Board designating the committee, a committee may create one (1) or more subcommittees, each subcommittee to consist of one (1) or more members of the committee, and delegate to a subcommittee any or all of the powers and authority of the committee.

When special circumstances arise, the Parties shall meet at any time upon agreement at the request of one Party. Regular sessions of the Committees shall be chaired successively by each Party. Other sessions of the Committee shall be chaired by the Party hosting the meeting. The sessions may be held by any technological means available to the Parties. 4. When necessary, the Committees created hereby shall consult with such other Committees as needed to address the issues they handle.

  • Function of Committee The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters:

  • Consolidation of Committees The parties to this Agreement and to the Agreement concerning drug and alcohol testing and EAP between TWU Local 250A and the SFMTA may elect to combine the joint labor- management committee established here and in the Local 250A Agreement.
