Creation of Indebtedness. Except as contemplated in connection with the transaction to which this Agreement relates, without the prior written consent of Financial Security, WFSRC shall not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any indebtedness other than indebtedness guaranteed or approved in writing by Financial Security.
