Crane operators. If the crane or other lifting equipment is used in a particular piecework job, the crane operator shall be paid in line with the skilled workers in the piecework team. If the crane serves more than one piecework team in its own enterprise, the crane operator shall be paid in accordance with the average piecework pay for the teams on the site. The piecework agreement shall show the crane operators to whom this applies. The wages agreed on in accordance with § 2-3 apply otherwise.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Owner-Operators Owner-operated and manned rented equipment shall in no way be used to circumvent the intentions and provisions of this Agreement.   • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.
