Crane operator. Operates Rough Terrain and Truck Mounted Hydraulic, Fixed Cab Hydraulic, Crawler and Truck Mounted Lattice Boom cranes (NCCCO certifications are required for all mobile cranes). Operates Track Hoe and Overhead Gantries (as assigned). Cranes may be equipped for hoisting material or for earth movement by dragline. Crane Operator needs to be capable of acquiring the skills necessary to operate specialized robotics through provided training. National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO): The Employer agrees to reimburse all fees associated with obtaining NCCCO certifications for MSA employees who are covered by requirements, including NCCCO renewal costs. If the employee fails a test, the employer will pay to retest only once. Employees will be allowed on-the-job study time, however job assignments and performance of the work take precedence over study. Employees must meet all job requirements to transfer to posted openings. Employee who are selected for positions requiring NCCCO certifications, and who do not possess the necessary certifications will normally be given thirty (30) calendar days to obtain the required certifications. The Employer will agree to reimburse all fees associated with obtaining NCCCO certifications for current employees who have previously obtained these certifications on their own.
