Covered Work. This Agreement covers all work performed by or on behalf of the Employer in connection with the production, performance and/or presentation of any theatrical shows, concerts, meetings and events, including those held in or about the Employer’s facilities. This clause shall not preclude normal work performed by members of a road crew of a traveling attraction.

Covered Work. 2.3.1 This Agreement covers, without limitation, all on-site construction, demolition, alteration, painting or repair of buildings, structures, landscaping, temporary fencing and other works and related activities for the Projects that is within the craft jurisdiction of one of the Unions and that is part of the Projects, including, without limitation, pipelines, site preparation, survey work, demolition of existing structures and all construction, demolition or improvements required to be performed as a condition of approval by any public agency. This scope of work includes all soils and materials testing and inspection where such testing and inspection is a classification in which a prevailing wage determination has been published.
Covered Work. If any work should be covered prior to a specified or requested inspection, the Contractor shall uncover the work for observation and shall replace same at no cost to Owner. If any work has been covered which Owner has not specifically requested to observe prior to being covered, Owner may request to see such work and it shall be uncovered by the Contractor. If the uncovered work is found to be in accordance with the Contract Documents, the cost of uncovering and replacement shall, by appropriate Change Order, be charged to Owner. If the uncovered work is not in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall pay such costs.

Covered Work. This Agreement shall apply and is limited to Covered Work under Construction Contracts solicited and awarded by the City on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement and prior to the Expiration Date, and includes, but is not limited to, the following scopes of work:
Covered Work. This Agreement covers all on-site construction, alteration, painting or repair of buildings, structures and other works and related activities for the Project that is within the craft jurisdiction of one of the Unions and which is directly or indirectly part of the Project, including, without limitation, start-up and commissioning, site preparation, survey work, soil and material inspection and testing, modular furniture installation covered by an applicable Master Agreement or a prevailing wage determination, all on-site fabrication work, provided such work is within the fabrication provision of the Master or national agreement of one of the Unions, demolition of existing structures, and all construction, demolition or improvements required to be performed as a condition of approval by any public agency. On-site fabrication work includes work done for the Project in temporary yards or areas near the Project. This Agreement also covers all off-site work, including fabrication, traditionally performed by any of the Unions that is directly or indirectly part of the Project, provided such work is covered by a provision of a local Master Agreement of the applicable Union(s). On-site construction shall also include the site of any batch plant constructed solely to supply materials to the Project. The furnishing of supplies, equipment or materials which are stockpiled for later use shall in no case be considered subcontracting, however, the delivery of ready-mix, asphalt, aggregate, sand or other fill material which are directly incorporated into the construction process, as well as the off-hauling of debris and excess fill and/or mud shall be covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All of the work described in this Section is within the scope of this Agreement and is referred to hereafter as “Covered Work.”
Covered Work. (a) If the City and/or its representatives determine it is necessary or advisable, at any time before acceptance of the Work, to make an examination of Work already completed, by removing or tearing out installed materials, Contractor shall, on request, promptly furnish all necessary facilities, labor and material for such an examination.
