COVERED PARKING. The Landlord will grant the Tenant 1 additional reserved --------------- covered parking space in the building's covered parking garage. This will be at no additional cost to the Tenants during the additional term.

COVERED PARKING. Tenant's Parking Allotment shall include fifty-nine (59) reserved covered parking spaces at the market rate, which is currently Thirty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($35.00) per month, per parking space. A separate license agreement shall be entered into by and between Landlord and Tenant for said reserved parking spaces.
COVERED PARKING. The covered parking in the rear of the building will continue, at the discretion of the Landlord, to be assigned in accordance with the January 26, 1993 letter from Landlord to Tenant.

Due to the Tenant's expansion, the Tenant shall now receive a total of two (2) free, covered reserved parking spaces through out the term of the lease at no charge. COVERED PARKING. (Section 2.01): Tenant shall be entitled to the use of five (5) covered parking spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet leased useable area. Within this parking allowance, Tenant may occupy twelve (12) reserved parking stalls split between the first (1st) and second (2nd) floor at no additional cost. Said spaces shall be at locations to be designated by Landlord.
COVERED PARKING. Landlord will maintain (A) three (3) covered reserved parking spaces located directly beneath the Building (“Covered Reserved Parking Spaces”) for Tenant’s exclusive use, and (B) three (3) covered unreserved parking spaces located directly beneath the Building (“Covered Unreserved Parking Spaces”) for Tenant’s non-exclusive use. Commencing on the Commencement Date, and continuing until the Expiration Date or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall pay Landlord a monthly fee (“Parking Fee”) at the rate of $65.00 per space per month for each Covered Reserved Parking Spaces and $55.00 per space per month for each Covered Unreserved Parking Spaces.
