  • COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will govern and control all Goods and Services provided by Seller to Buyer, now or in the future, regardless of whether performed pursuant to written Order(s) issued by Buyer, other written agreement(s) executed by the parties, and/or verbal request(s) issued by Buyer, and will remain in effect until either party provides the other with sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of termination.
