WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD 23.01 Where an employee is absent due to illness or injury which is compensable by Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the following shall apply:
Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.
WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE 41.1 Where an employee is absent by reason of an injury or an occupational disease for which a claim is made under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, his or her salary shall continue to be paid for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. If an award is not made, any payments made under the foregoing provisions in excess of that to which he or she is entitled under Articles 44.1 and 44.6 (Short Term Sickness Plan) shall be an amount owing by the employee to the Employer.

Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury, and illness. ected or Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative sel appointed by the Union from amongst Bargaining Unit employees. Such Committee shall identify potential dangers and means of improving health and safety programs, and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions related to safety and health. The Hospital agrees to co-operate reasonably in providing necessary information to enable the Committee its functions. Meetings shall be held every second month or more frequently at the call of the Chair if required. The Committee shall maintain minutes of meetings and make the Same available for review. Any representative appointed or accordancewith hereof shall serve for a term of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment which may be renewed for further of one (1) year. Time off for such to attend meetings of the Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee in accordance with the foregoing shall be granted, and any attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular as a result of such The Union agrees to endeavour to obtain the membership in the observation of all safety rules and practices. Safety Shoes The Hospital will provide sixty dollars ($60.00) annually effective April and eighty dollars ($80.00) effective April to each employee who is required by the Hospital, as delineated below, to wear safety footwear during the of his duties. The Hospital will require employees the following functions to wear appropriate Engineering Services; Grounds; Transport; (only where frequently working in storage areas). (as determined by the Hospital) heavy carts on a regular basis, e.g., linen carts, food wagons. ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer shall provide bulletin that all employees will have access to them have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the membership. WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BENEFITS 25.01 An employee who sustains an injury or disease arising out of and in the course of his/her duties is covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, as amended.
Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).
Changes in Insurance Requirements Not more frequently than once annually, if in the opinion of District the amount of the foregoing insurance coverages is not adequate or the type of insurance or its coverage adequacy is deemed insufficient, Contractor shall amend the insurance coverage as required by District's Risk Manager or designee.
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 9.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that it is anticipated that the Property will fall under the jurisdiction of the HOA, being a new Homeowners’ Association which shall come/came into existence on registration of transfer of the first Erf in the Development from the Seller to a third party purchaser, it being recorded that the HOA is established for the benefit of, inter alia, all of owners of xxxxx in the Development and to control and maintain roads, services and amenities within, inter alia, the Development.
