Coverage M-Medical Payments To Others. The limit shown on the Declarations per person for Coverage M is the most we pay for all medical expenses payable for bodily injury to one person as the result of one accident.   • Leave for Medical and Dental Care (a) Where it is not possible to schedule medical and/or dental appointments outside regularly scheduled working hours, reasonable time off for medical and dental appointments for employees shall be permitted, if the Employer is notified at the time the appointment is made. Where any such absence exceeds two (2) hours, the full-time absence shall be charged to the entitlement described in Article 20.13.

  • Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
