All insurance contracts or policies procured by Contractor pursuant to the above insurance schedule shall be in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Owner and shall be issued and maintained by insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Georgia and reasonably acceptable to the Owner. Any failure to provide such evidence of, or to maintain, insurance as required by this Section shall be grounds for termination of the Agreement. Contractor shall not be permitted to purchase any policy that allows payment of claims where costs and expense of litigation will diminish the required limits purchased pursuant to this liability contract.

Best and Company. Vendor shall furnish Certificates of Insurance to County, naming County as an additional insured, prior to the commencement of operations. The certificates shall clearly indicate that Vendor has obtained insurance of the type, amount, and classification as required for strict compliance with this paragraph and that no material change or cancellation of the insurance shall be effective without thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the County. Compliance with the foregoing requirements shall not relieve Vendor from any liability or obligations under the Agreements or this Addendum.
