Coverage Limits. Engineer, at Engineer’s sole cost, shall purchase and maintain during the entire term while this Contract is in effect the following insurance:

Coverage Limits. By requiring insurance, the State of Washington and DSHS do not represent that the coverage and limits required in this Contract will be adequate to protect the Contractor. Such coverage and limits shall not limit the Contractor’s liability in excess of the required coverage and limits, and shall not limit the Contractor’s liability under the indemnities and reimbursements granted to the State and DSHS in this Contract.

The minimum limits to be maintained by the School (inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy) shall be one million dollars ($1,000,000) per claim/annual aggregate.
Coverage Limits. Coverage under this Agreement for a specific Reinsurance Contract shall be subject to the aggregate limit specified in the Reinsurance Contract reduced by all payments made by either Retrocedant or Retrocessionaire pursuant to such Reinsurance Contract. The application of any such aggregate limits shall be made in chronological order in accordance with the dates of the respective losses. It is understood, however, that such application shall not result in Retrocedant's becoming liable for any adverse development under this Agreement except as otherwise explicitly set forth herein.
