Coverage and Scope. A. This Article shall constitute the sole and exclusive procedure available to the Employer, the Union and employees of the bargaining unit for the resolution of grievances applicable to any matter involving the interpretation, application, or violation of this agreement, Local Agreements, or matters involving the interpretation and implementation of laws, policies, regulations and practices of the Employer not specifically covered by this Agreement.
Coverage and Scope. This Sub-Section applies to measures by the Parties affecting establishment in all economic activities other than services.
