This Article shall constitute the sole and exclusive procedure available to the Employer, the Union and employees of the bargaining unit for the resolution of grievances applicable to any matter involving the interpretation, application, or violation of this agreement, Local Agreements, or matters involving the interpretation and implementation of laws, policies, regulations and practices of the Employer not specifically covered by this Agreement.

Pursuant to Paragraph H. below, the parties reserve all of their respective positions on these issues. Nothing in this provision is intended to expand or contract the scope of SAG’s jurisdiction over New Media Productions.
