Coverage and Premium. Upon the first day of the month following the completion of one (1) month of service, medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage shall be available to full-time employees, their spouse and eligible dependents. The Employer will offer to bargaining unit employees a medical plan including prescription, dental, and vision coverage through a group plan.

Coverage and Premium. Contributions Prior to Medicare Eligibility. The retiree will be provided the same health insurance plan options as active employees until the employee reaches Medicare eligibility. Subject to the provisions of Section 16.5, such coverage will be available to the retiree’s spouse of record at the time of retirement, until the retiree’s spouse reaches Medicare eligibility. For such pre-Medicare coverage for the retiree, the retiree must contribute the same premium contribution percentage as contributed by active employees, and any increases paid by active employees after the retiree retires. For such pre-Medicare coverage for the retiree’s spouse (as set forth in Section 1a above), the retiree must contribute the same premium contribution percentage as contributed by active employees, and any increases paid by active employees after the retiree retires.
