Coverage and Amounts. (1) Workers Compensation Insurance as required by Florida Statutes, Chapter 440, Workers’ Compensation Insurance, for all employees of CONSULTANT, employed at the site of the service or in any way connected with the work, which is the subject of this service. The insurance required by this provision will comply fully with the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law and include Employers’ Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence. Any associated or subsidiary company involved in the service must be named in the Workers’ Compensation coverage.
