COVENANTS TO BIND AND BENEFIT RESPECTIVE PARTIES. The terms, covenants, provisions and agreements herein contained shall be construed as covenants running with the Land and shall bind and inure to the benefit of Landlord, its successors and assigns, and Tenant, its permitted successors and assigns.
