COVENANTS RELATING TO THE PROJECT. (1) The Borrower will duly observe, perform and comply with all the terms, conditions, undertakings, stipulations and covenants (including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, all the terms, conditions, undertakings, stipulations and covenants imposed at any time and from time to time by all relevant governmental and statutory authorities) required to be observed and performed and complied with by the Borrower in connection with the construction and completion of the Project and shall not apply for any material changes in the planning or building approvals or plans in respect thereof without the Lender's prior written consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld).

COVENANTS RELATING TO THE PROJECT. The undertakings in clause 12.2 will apply from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.
