Covenants of the Guarantors. Each Guarantor hereby covenants and agrees that, so long as any Obligations with respect to the Loans under this Agreement and any other Transaction Document remain unpaid, it shall comply with the covenants contained or incorporated by reference in this Agreement applicable to the Loans to the extent applicable to it.
