COVENANTS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF PRACTICE. 5.1 Organization and Operation. Practice, as a continuing condition of Business Manager's obligations under this Management Services Agreement, shall at all times during the Term be and remain legally organized and operated to provide Medical Services in a manner consistent with all state and federal laws.
