Common use of Covenant of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement dated as of November 30, 2017.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30May 22, 20172018.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the NAI-1513992871v2 Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c9(j) of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30August 11, 20172020.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30December 2, 20172021.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30October 5, 20172021.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30December 14, 20172018.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c9(j) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30July 15, 20172022.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30March 9, 20172023.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) the covenants listed on Annex D of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement dated as of November 30, 2017Credit Agreement.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c9(j) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30March 16, 20172022.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30April 14, 20172020.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement dated as of November 30May 6, 20172022.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement dated as of November 3016, 20172021.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30September 16, 20172021 .

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30August 29, 20172023 .

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c9(j) of the Purchaser’s amended and restated limited liability company agreement Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30June 18, 20172019.

Covenant of the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that, from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, unless the Seller otherwise consents in writing, the Purchaser shall comply with Section 9(c9(j) of the Purchaser’s amended Amended and restated limited liability company agreement Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of November 30January 9, 20172024.
