Common use of COVENANT OF COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

COVENANT OF COMPLIANCE. ‌ The Issuer covenants with the Trustee that it will comply with and perform and observe all the provisions of this Trust Deed and the Conditions which are expressed to be binding on it. The Conditions shall be binding on the Issuer and the Noteholders. The Trustee shall be entitled to enforce the obligations of the Issuer under the Notes as if the same were set out and contained in the trust deeds constituting the same, which shall be read and construed as one document with the Notes. The Trustee will hold the benefit of this covenant upon trust for itself and the Noteholders according to its and their respective interests.
