Covenant Not to Interfere. (a) During the Restriction Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, induce or influence, or attempt to induce or influence, any Customer to terminate a relationship which has been formed or that Executive knows is being formed with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or to reduce the extent of, discourage the development of, or otherwise harm its relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, to commence or increase its relationship with any Competitor.
