Covenant Not to Interfere. The Executive agrees not to take any action which prevents the Employer from collecting the proceeds of any life insurance policy which the Employer may happen to own at the time of the Executive’s death and of which the Employer is the designated beneficiary.

Covenant Not to Interfere. (a) During the term of this Agreement (or, if longer, during the term of Employee's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates) and for a period of 12 months after termination of this Agreement (or, if later, termination of Employee's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates), Employee shall not (i) cause or attempt to cause any employee of the Company or of any of its affiliates to leave the employ of the Company or any affiliate, (ii) in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company and any employee or between an affiliate and any employee of the affiliate, (iii) hire any employee of the Company or of any affiliate to work for any organization of which Employee is an officer, director, employee, consultant, independent contractor or owner of an equity or other financial interest, or (iv) interfere with any transaction in which the Company or any of its affiliates was involved during the term of this Agreement or his employment.
Covenant Not to Interfere. Executive hereby covenants and agrees that Executive will not now, or for the period during which Executive receives any compensation from Bank, whether pursuant to Paragraph F.5 or otherwise, plus an additional period of one (1) year, disrupt, damage, impair or interfere with the business of Bank, whether by way of interfering with or raiding its employees, disrupting its relationships with customers and their agents, representatives or vendors, or otherwise. After termination of employment, Executive is not, however, restricted from being employed by or engaged in a competing business.

Xxxxxxx XX, individually, shall not, during the two year period immediately following the Closing Date, for any reason, employ or attempt to employ any employee of Buyer (as of the Closing Date) or any former employee of Seller, or otherwise encourage or attempt to encourage any such person to leave their respective employment.
