Common use of Covenant Not to Disparage Clause in Contracts

Covenant Not to Disparage. The Senior Executive hereby irrevocably covenants and agrees that during the term of this Agreement and after its termination, he, she or it will refrain from making any remarks that could be construed by anyone, under any circumstances, as disparaging, directly or indirectly, specifically, through innuendo or by inference, whether or not true, about Puget, Puget, their constituent members, officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents or affiliates, whether related to the business of Puget, to other business or financial matters or to personal matters.
