Common use of Covenant Breaches Clause in Contracts

Covenant Breaches. Any Credit Party shall fail to perform or observe (i) any covenant contained in Section 2.05(b), Section 5.02(a), Section 5.06(e), Section 5.12, or Article VI of this Agreement or (ii) any other term or covenant set forth in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document which is not covered by clause (i) above or any other provision of this Section 7.01 if such failure shall remain unremedied for 30 days after notice of such breach or failure has been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders (through the Administrative Agent);
