Common use of Court Time Clause in Contracts

Court Time. (A) When a bargaining unit member is required to report to court outside their normal work schedule, in association with their duties, they shall be credited with a minimum of four (4) hours service. Such time will be paid at one and one-half the bargaining unit member's regular hourly rate, if it places them in an overtime status.
