Court Testimony. Employees subpoenaed to give testimony in court in cases in which the City is a party will receive their full pay while so doing, with no loss of time, if they are on regular duty. Employees testifying on their own time in cases in which the City is a party shall retain all compensation paid pursuant to subpoena. See Section 12.5 for additional pay related to court appearances outside normal work schedules.
Court Testimony. Recovery Healthcare Corporation agrees to provide testimony in court, if required, at an additional cost to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Court Testimony. Costs of my participation beyond the written recommendations will normally be at the expense of the party requesting the subsequent court proceedings. The hourly rate for court costs is $200.00 per hour. The court retains the authority to apportion costs between parties. Expenses can include time for court preparation, travel, waiting time, and court time. The party requesting the subsequent court proceedings will be given an estimate of my court testimony costs and it will need to be paid prior to the trial court date. No exceptions will be made. Court Testimony. The Contractor shall be available to publicly testify in dependency proceedings based on evaluation, psychotherapy, or consultation services they have provided for a DCYF client. The Contractor will be compensated separately for this time.
Court Testimony. Providing services as a witness in connection with any public hearing, arbitration proceeding, or the proceedings of a court of record.
Court Testimony. The parties agree that the ENGINEER, its officers, employees and agents shall be available for any in-court testimony as requested by the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office. The ENGINEER also agrees to make themselves, its officers, employees and agents available to attend any necessary meetings or conferences in preparation of testimony as requested by the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office. Should the County Attorney’s Office require conferences, meetings or in court testimony of the ENGINEER, its officers, employees or agents, the ENGINEER shall bill the COUNTY at its current standard billing rates.
