Common use of Court of Law Clause in Contracts

Court of Law. All other disputes shall be resolved by bringing a legal action or proceeding in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida or, if that court does not have jurisdiction, in any court of the State of Florida sitting in Tampa, and each party to this Agreement submits to the jurisdiction of such courts. It is expressly agreed and understood that any dispute involving an allegation by one party that the other party wrongly terminated this Agreement shall be resolved by a court of law in accordance with this paragraph. 14.3
