Common use of Court of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Court of Jurisdiction. For lawsuits arising from the terms of this Agreement, the cardholder agrees to use Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. However, the application of jurisdiction court of small-claim proceeding as stipulated in Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act or Article 436-9 of the Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure shall not be ruled out.
