Common use of Court of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Court of Jurisdiction. The parties hereto agree that, all legal actions or proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwan Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance unless other exclusive jurisdiction applies pursuant to the law.
