Court fees. The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with a written list of any charges made against the Security Deposit. If the Tenant disagrees with the amounts deducted, the Tenant shall have seven (7) calendar days from the date of the charge notification to dispute the charges made against the Security Deposit. The Tenant shall submit a written statement of dispute to the Landlord explaining why they are disputing the charges. The Landlord will review the dispute and issue a response within fourteen (14) calendar days. In addition to the above Security Deposit, the Tenant has also paid the amount of $ sample to the Landlord as a Security Deposit for the pet which has been approved by the Landlord (an approved Pet Application form is maintained in the Tenant’s file).
