Common use of Course of Dealing Clause in Contracts

Course of Dealing. The acceptance by Agent or any Lender of any partial payment on the Obligation shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any Default then existing. No waiver by Agent or any Lender of any Default shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other then-existing or subsequent Default or Potential Default. No delay or omission by Agent or any Lender in exercising any right under the Loan Documents will impair that right or be construed as a waiver thereof or any acquiescence therein, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
