Course Delivery a. The Supplier shall endeavour to deliver courses in which students have been enrolled but reserves the right to withdraw a course if fewer than eight (8) students in total are enrolled in the course. (PT only)
Course Delivery. 2.7.1. AP will be responsible for all arrangements for, and the actual delivery of the AP Courses to Students. AP shall be solely responsible for the method of providing the AP Course training sessions, and all promotion and marketing activities undertaken with respect to the AP Courses. Magnet Forensics expressly disclaims all liability for, and XX agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Magnet Forensics harmless against, any claims, losses or damages arising out of or related to an AP Course, including without limitation any promotion or marketing thereof and any claims brought by Students relating to AP’s presentation or provision of, or representations relating to, the AP Courses.
Course Delivery a) An Introductory seminar for Vaccinology will be offered each fall and a Senior Seminar will offered in the spring via the Tri-College University collaboration
Course Delivery. Except for Independent Study/Individual Instruction, all other course delivery regardless of modality (Face-to-face, INET, CNET, Synchronous or Asynchronous, telecourse, accelerated courses) will be treated as normal base load or supplemental.
Course Delivery. Courses in the HBOM Program will be offered and delivered at those Caliber Learning Centers and other locations as set forth in the Course Plan and agreed to by JHU. The method or system by which each Course in the HBOM Program is to be delivered will be mutually established by Caliber and JHU, and based on the ongoing reviews of the HBOM Program.

Course Delivery. What is the proposed mode(s) of delivery? Online, face-to-face, on-the-job training or classroom (institutional). Duration of training - how many nominal hours of training (request a draft training plan to attach) – does this add up to the proposed duration? If not, what is the RTOs justification? Work placement/work experience? – this is preferred
Course Delivery. 8.1. On confirmation that a face-to-face or virtually delivered Course will run, and prior to the Course taking place, the Training Provider must register the Course via the training provider portal.

Run and manage the delivery of classes and labs by competent faculty of NJR Institute. - Detailed session plans for the Programs to be provided to IBM. - Provide access to required infrastructure for running the Programs as per IBM’s specifications. - Issue the NJR Institute Degree to the participating students, after the successful completion of the Program by the students. - Manage quality of teaching at a high level of academic standards. The faculty will need to pass IBM’s qualifying tests from time to time.
