Course Access. All courses are held in a live virtual classroom setting through our ABoR On-Air platform. Students will receive a confirmation email and reminder email including how to access the virtual course they registered for and the start time(s) of the course.

Course Access. If Licensee purchased a “single-course” license, Licensee may assign any course (but only one) from Licensor’s library to an employee. If Licensee purchased a “multi-course” license, Licensee may assign multiple courses from Licensor’s library to an employee. Licensee can assign supervisor courses and all-employee courses to supervisors and non-supervisor courses and all-employee courses to non-supervisors. If a non-supervisor in a non-supervisor seat is promoted, the employee’s status must be changed to “supervisor” and assigned a general seat, if one is available (uses two seats). If a non-supervisor in a general seat is promoted, only the employee’s status changes to give the employee access to supervisor courses. NO additional seat is used.
Course Access. In order to access the XXX Courses, You need to pay the applicable license fee, and create a XXX.xxx account to obtain a XXX User ID, which may be obtained at xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.com/users/new. At sign up, it is required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration site. XXX will confirm your enrollment via email and will send You a link to join the XXX Courses on its start date. All XXX Course users (“User(s)”) will be invited to take the XXX Courses with other Users for a community type learning session taking place through our third party provider, Mighty Networks. More information about this is included in the documentation provided with the XXX Courses. Each course will include video and/or audio teaching segments, reflection prompts, individual activities, community discussion questions, and optional extension resources curated from XXX and third parties. While not required, XXX recommends that Users complete all portions of the XXX Course including video and audio segments, XXX Course activities and participate in the community discussions. The community type learning session will be a timed session which corresponds to the dates defined for each XXX Course. At the end of the XXX Course community session, the session will end and the XXX Courses will continue via self-guided materials which are downloadable for Your review. You will also be invited to continue the discussions with the alumni Users through another section of the community site. To access XXX Courses, sign up to XXX.xxx and then follow instructions via email to join the XXX Course community via our platform. These community sessions offer Users a unique opportunity to participate in the learning experience with others and are time-based (usually 6 weeks from the published start date). Once the community session closes, Users will be provided access to the XXX Course for self-guided learning and archived content.
Course Access. Access to Web delivered courses (for individual registrations) expires after 90 days. Nortel reserves the right to remove courses when necessary as we are continually updating and renewing eLearning offerings to provide our clients with the most current eLearning options available.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Tenant Access Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion and upon receipt of a written request from Tenant, may grant Tenant a license to have access to the Premises prior to the Completion Date to allow Tenant to do other work required by Tenant to make the Premises ready for Tenant’s use and (the “Tenant’s Pre-Occupancy Work”). It shall be a condition to the grant by Landlord and continued effectiveness of such license that:

  • Data Access and Proprietary Information 6.1 The Fund acknowledges that the databases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, and documentation manuals furnished to the Fund by the Transfer Agent as part of the Fund’s ability to access certain Fund Confidential Information maintained by the Transfer Agent on databases under the control and ownership of the Transfer Agent or other third party (“Data Access Services”) constitute copyrighted, trade secret, or other proprietary information of substantial value to the Transfer Agent or other third party (collectively, “Transfer Agent Proprietary Information”). In no event shall Transfer Agent Proprietary Information be deemed Fund Confidential Information. The Fund agrees to treat all Transfer Agent Proprietary Information as proprietary to the Transfer Agent and further agrees that it shall not divulge any Transfer Agent Proprietary Information to any person or organization except as may be provided hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, the Fund agrees for itself and its employees and agents to:

  • Full Access The Seller will permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Seller to the Property and to obtain copies of all books, records, contracts, and documents of or pertaining to the Property.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Ongoing Operations From the Effective Date through Closing:

  • Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
