County’s Obligations. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, County shall promptly:
County’s Obligations. At or before Closing, the County shall deliver to Escrow Agent, for delivery to the Port, the following:
County’s Obligations. A. The GCHD will compensate the GCCARD for the services provided in accordance with Attachment A of this Memorandum.
County’s Obligations. County shall make to the Contractor those payments described in the Payment Provisions attached hereto which are incorporated herein by reference, subject to all the terms and conditions contained or incorporated herein.
County’s Obligations. The County shall furnish Contractor, upon request, with any information, data, reports, and records which are reasonably available to the County and necessary for carrying out Contractor's responsibilities, so long as the provision of such information, data, reports, and records to Contractor is consistent with applicable law. The County shall designate a person to act as the County's contact with respect to the Services. The County's representative shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information and interpret and define the County's policies and decisions pertinent to Contractor's Services.
County’s Obligations. Upon acceptance of a transfer of jurisdiction, County shall transfer to the City of Xxxxxx the sum of $131,425.80. Such funds are unrestricted as to their use.
County’s Obligations. The Lessee, in recognition of the County’s obligation, pursuant to Section 22 of Part V of the Federal Aviation Administration’s standard grant assurances, to enforce the provisions of Articles 14.01 (Quality of Services) and 14.02 (Nondiscriminatory Prices) above, agrees that the Department may, from time to time, promulgate standards, methods and procedures for and monitor and test the provision of services hereunder and may require the Lessee to provide copies of schedules of service charges and the bases for discounts, rebates and similar types of price reductions. Should the Department determine that the Lessee is not in compliance with the provisions of Articles 14.01 (Quality of Services) and 14.02 (Nondiscriminatory Prices) above, the first such occurrence shall be considered a curable default, pursuant to Article 13.03 (Other Defaults) hereof, and subsequent occurrence(s) shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement, entitling the County to the remedies provided in this Agreement or by law.
County’s Obligations. The County agrees to the following.
County’s Obligations. County shall maintain the exterior (including exterior windows of the Leased Premises) of the Building and other common areas within the Building in good condition and repair in accordance with good housekeeping practice. County shall make such repairs forthwith, after receipt of written notice from the Lessee.
County’s Obligations. In exchange for the promises and releases of XxXxxx contained in this Agreement, County agrees to continue XxXxxx’x health and dental benefits (as now provided) for a period of 18 months, or through June 2019. SECTION THREE
