County’s Monitoring Manager. The responsibilities of the County’s Monitoring Manager include:  meeting with the Contractor’s Program Manager on a regular basis; and  inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of Contractor; however, in no event will Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby. The County’s Monitoring Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
